Virtual Consultation
Prefer to chat remote? Schedule a virtual consultation! We’ll send you a link so you can video chat with a treatment expert in our office. We can get a good idea from a video chat of your eligibility for treatment and can get x-rays at a future date as needed.

Open House
We hold regular open houses at our beautiful office in Midvale, Utah. You'll listen to a presentation by one of our doctors about treatment we offer with other interested patients. We also often have actual 3 on 6™ patients in attendance to talk about their experience and show off their teeth!
The Most Advanced Smile Restoration Treatment
All-on-4
The All-on-X or All-on-4 dental implant system features a single full-arch restoration secured semi-permanently to four implants (All-on-4) or more implants (All-on-X). This solution is ideal for a full mouth restoration with dental implants.

For patients with insufficient bone for a 3 on 6â„¢ and needing extra support to avoid a "sunken in" look, All-on-X offers the best option for a permanent full mouth implant restoration. It provides a complete, functional smile with the necessary structural support.
Developed by Dr. Randy Roberts in 2013 and first used in 2014, the 3 on 6â„¢ is a cutting-edge smile restoration treatment. It features three permanent bridges secured to six implants, offering a permanent solution that requires only standard brushing and flossing for maintenance.
The 3 on 6â„¢ mimics natural teeth and is supported by zirconia bridges that are five times stronger than porcelain. Designed to last a lifetime, the 3 on 6â„¢ is our top recommendation and is exclusively available through us in Salt Lake County.

How does the 3 on 6™ promote healthy bone? With 3 on 6™ treatment, the final teeth are composed of three separate bridges on two implants each. This means that the pressure from biting an almond is absorbed by two implants or roots instead of the entire surface of your jaw, similar to chewing with your natural teeth.
Receiving that stimulation creates blood flow to the bone around those implants, which means bone recession is less likely to occur. 3 on 6™ with segmented bridges and implants 3 on 6™ with segmented bridges Patients who receive 3 on 6™ treatment report that they can sense isolated pressures when they chew and that it feels almost identical to chewing with their natural teeth. 3 on 6™ patients have improved eating habits after their 3 on 6™ is placed and there is evidence of additional bone growth around the implants over time.
