Pricing
The starting price for a long-term temporary All-on-4 is $15,000 (or as low as $200/month on approved credit) for a single arch. This is for a long-term temporary restoration that is guaranteed for up to two years. Within two years it must be transitioned to a final zirconia prosthetic to keep the warranty. The transition to the final zirconia prosthetic costs an additional $4k.

How do I maintain an All-on-4 smile?During your two-year period with the long-term temporary prosthetic, you will need regular cleanings every 6 months. After receiving the final zirconia prosthetic, it will need to be removed for cleaning and screw replacement once per year. At home cleaning can be done with regular brushing, flossing, and water flossing. We recommend brushing at least twice a day, water flossing after meals, and flossing under the bridge before bed.

What if I don't switch to zirconia bridges after 2 years?While the long-term temporary may last well after the two years pass, if you haven't transitioned into the zirconia prosthetic, your guarantee will be void. This means that you will be responsible for paying for any replacement or repair expenses.
